Before you can return a tyre, please check our etyres.ng Return conditions, stated in the questions below, to make sure your tyre is eligible for return. You have 3 calendar days to notify us that you want to return your tyre after its reception.
If your return meets all the requirements, your returns can be initiated via our Online Return Form.

Returns are easy. Simply follow the 7 steps stated below:
  • Check if the tyre(s) you want to return meets all the return requirements
  • Login to your account and click ‘Return”
  • Fill return form
  • Package the item properly and prepare it for return
  • Arrange tyre retrieval with etyres.ng
  • Your return would go through quality check
  • If validated, you will get refunded
You can connect on our website and fill in our Online Return form. Go to the site footer and click on returns if your tyre is eligible to a return. Click on it to start the return process. All tyres sold on etyres.ng, under certain conditions, can be returned within a period of 3 days from delivery date.
Example: If I received my tyre on Monday 8th, I have until Thursday 11th to contact Customer Service.
NOTE: You have 3 days to notify us by filling our return form online, sending us a mail at contact@etyres.ng or by calling our customer service on 0809 234 7000 or 0809 235 7000, from the day you received your purchase.
For defective tyres, note that you have 2 days to return your tyres within Lagos & 4 days to return tyres delivered outside of Lagos. After this period, we do not accept returns. We advise you to contact the manufacturer if the tyre has a warranty. Click Here to know more about warranties.

Should there be any tyre damaged due to our transportation, please contact our customer service within 24 hours for claim purposes.
Once the tyre is retrieved we will perform a quality check.
If the quality check is successful, we will refund you according to your requested refund method. This will happen within 10 days starting from when your return request was submitted.

Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, you will not be refunded and will be sent back your tyre.

Conditions eligible to return a tyre
You may want to return the tyre due to any of the following reasons:
Wrong tyre delivered
Defective tyre
Damaged tyre
Tyre does not fit (Note: Errors made by customers on their tyre sizes comes with a charge)
Change of mind after delivery of tyre also comes with a charge
Not eligible to return a tyre
Damages due to misuse of tyre
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of tyre;
Any consumable item which has been used or installed;
Tyres with tampered, missing or non-matching of serial/UPC numbers;
Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty;
Any tyre that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the tyre(s) delivered.
We will arrange a pick-up at your convenience within 48 hours after you submit the return request for returns with Lagos, for outside of Lagos you should contact our customer services on how returns can be made.
Note that for pick-up with Lagos, we will make 2 scheduled attempts. However, after 2 pick-up attempts, we will cancel the return procedure and you will not be able to return your tyre to us anymore.
We would give you a call at different intervals letting you know about the status of the item you have returned.
Refund process only begins after our Quality Check team has completed the evaluation of your returned item.
We will make sure that your tyre meets all the requirements for a return as stated in our policies.
This quality evaluation process may take up to 24-48 hours, and the return timeline is as follows:
Lagos – 1 to 2 days
outside of Lagos – 2 to 4 days

What is the Replacement Guarantee? How do I get a defective item, ordered on etyres.ng, replaced?

All physical products sold on www.etyres.ng are covered under our Replacement Policy. Notify us of any manufacturing defects or product damages at the time of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.

In order to get a defective product replaced, Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page or call us on 08092357000.The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

Please note - The serial number on the tyre should match with the serial number on the invoice. Replacement is offered for the products sold by www.etyres.ng only.

We reserve the right to cancel any Website Order (or any part of the Website Order) if for any reason:

The Goods ordered by you are no longer available; or The Goods are withdrawn by the manufacturer or by the Company or by order of any governmental authority, in which event we will notify you by email and refund any payments you have made for that Website Order or that part of the Website Order.
